Students learn how to make bloomy rind cheeses\, age\, and inoculate them while also learning how to add variations to their cheese.\n\nSpecial Note: Students will check in at Adirondack Folk School and the travel to Nettle Meadow‘s Tasting Room at 1256 Lake Ave in Lake Luzerne\, NY.\n\nThe course is full and reservations are no longer available. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

A kid’s Fun Run will be taking place later that day off Leland Avenue in Schroon Lake. The races allow participants and observers to take in the beautiful scenery of the Southern Adirondacks. There will be bottled water available before and after the race. Drinks and food will be available near the finish line. \nThe packet pick-up occurs at the Chester Town Hall from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Friday\, 9/25 and 7:30 AM to 9:20 AM on Saturday\, 9/26.  \nHere are links to the 5K course map and the 10K course map.
