When is Americade? This year’s Americade motorcycle rally will run May 27-30, 2026. It’s considered to be the largest multi-brand motorcycle touring rally in the world, attracting tens of thousands of riders. Lake George Village fills up fast during motorcycle festival week. Canada Street is where you’ll find the most riders and bikes. Wherever you stay, though, you’ll need to book well in advance. If you are day tripping from a nearby location, arriving before 10 AM can give you an edge on parking. There are plenty of things to do in Lake George that aren’t motorcycle-related, so do your research before you go. You don’t miss out on anything during your visit!
Expect heavier traffic on Route 9 through Warrensburg on Friday and Saturday. For food and a slower pace, the Warrensburg stretch of Main Street pulls you out of the village crowd without missing out on all the fun. There are some excellent spots for food and drinks to recharge before you head back out.
