Gurney Lane Fat Tire Bike Day

Come on out for the 7th Annual Gurney Lane Fat Tire Bike Day!
Start the new year with a little competition at Gurney Lane’s fat tire and 5k snowshoe races! The 5k Snowshoe Running Race starts at 10 AM on January 17th. The fat tire bike races will now take place on February 1st due to current conditions on the ground.
A fun group ride will take place at 12 PM with a limit of 25 riders and pre-registration is required. Registration will reopen the following week.
The Fat Tire Race will take place at 1 PM. There is a 5-mile race and a 10-mile race. The 5-mile race is recommended for beginners and the 10-mile race is recommended for experienced riders.
Gurney Lane Mountain Bike Park has 15 km of single track for beginner to advance trail riding. These are some great trails! Gurney Lane Recreation Area has indoor heated restrooms and warming area.
All money goes to support the purchase of a grooming machine for Gurney Lane and the surrounding trails. Any donations are gratefully accepted.
