Jack Wax Thurman Community Dinner

Party at the 65th Annual Jack Wax Community Dinner!
Attend the traditional Jack Wax Maple Sugar Party, at the Lodge on Echo Lake, for a scrumptious buffet dinner, mixed desserts, live music by the Warren County Ramblers, gift basket raffles….and of course traditional Jack Wax, known as “sugar on the snow!” This has been a tradition since 1959! Celebrate NYS Maple Weekends with an all-you-can-eat buffet. Jack Wax parties have been held by North Country folks forever, and this confection, it has been said, probably originated with the Native Americans.
Proceeds benefit the American Cancer Society.
