Polar Plunge – Lake George Winter Carnival

Take the plunge into the cold Lake George water!
Jump right into the frosty Lake George water for the Lake George Winter Carnival Polar Plunge! The polar plunge has been a tradition of the Lake George Winter Carnival since 1973. The plunge takes place every Saturday and Sunday at 3 PM. Individuals eager for the cold water can register online.
The first four weekends take place at Shepard Park. The fifth weekend includes special Beach Road plunges.
