Join the Smoke Eaters Jamboree for 63 years of classic summertime fun in Warrensburg!
The Smoke Eaters Jamboree is a beloved summertime tradition in Warrensburg, NY. Hosted by the Warrensburg Volunteer Fire Company, the event is named after the early firefighters nicknamed “Smoke Eaters,” who entered burning buildings without modern gear, literally “eating” smoke.
On July 24th and 25th, the Jamboree will feature family-friendly entertainment, including rides, live music, and more! The entire event takes place at the Warrensburg Recreation Field on Library Avenue, with the picturesque Southern Adirondacks as a scenic backdrop.
Gates open at 6 PM on Friday and 5:30 PM on Saturday, with a suggested donation of $3 on Friday and $5 on Saturday for entry.

- An auction of locally donated goods starts at 6:30 PM.
- Music with After-FX DJ Service
- Saturday, July 25th –
- Gates open at 5:30 PM.
- Music by After-FX DJ Service
- 80’s tribute band Aquanett will be on stage at 6:30 PM.
- Fireworks! Starting at dusk
This event is perfect for families, locals, and summer visitors—offering fun rides, great food, lively entertainment, and spectacular fireworks in a friendly Adirondack setting. *Fireworks are only Saturday night.
